Tulsa Police arrested a man accused of shooting and killing another man last week.

Police found Joseph Brown’s body near 81st and Yale last Wednesday.

Detectives arrested 20-year-old Brayden Blough on a first-degree murder warrant Wednesday. Blough is in the Tulsa County jail.
